On August 6, the GRC welcomed 120 incoming high school freshmen from the CK-TFG Science Clubs! Under the meticulous planning of Dr. Chi-Fon Chang, students joined Dr. Chih-Hao Wang to decode the "color secrets of fat" and Dr. Eric Chi-Ching Cheung to uncover the "survival tactics of cancer cells."

Core facility specialists Dr. Jung-Lee Lin (Weighing Molecules with Mass Spectrometry), Dr. Chi-Feng Chang (Watching Singing and Dancing Molecules via NMR), and Dr. Ting-Jen Cheng (The First Step in Drug Discovery) provided accessible and insightful overviews of these advanced instruments. With enthusiastic Q&A sessions and a lab tour, the students spent an inspiring morning packed with scientific discovery.
