GRC NMR Facility is located on the first floor of the Genomics Research Center. The facility maintains two 600 MHz Bruker NMR spectrometers. The AV600_R is a two-channel system equipped with a SampleXpress (60-sample capacity) for medium-throughput automated routine applications. The AV600_L is a three-channel system featuring a SampleCase (24-sample capacity) for automation.
Three probes are available in the GRC NMR Lab:

• 5mm DCI Dual Cryoprobe: High-sensitivity ¹H/¹³C observation, includes cooled preamplifiers for ¹H/¹³C/ ²H with Z-gradient
• 5mm TBO Regular Probe: The optimal probe to observe any nucleus in the range from ³¹P to ¹⁵N and decoupling simultaneous on ¹H and ¹⁹F with Z-gradient
• 5mm TCI Cryoprobe: ¹H/¹³C/ ¹⁵N triple resonance probe head with cooled preamplifiers for ¹H/¹³C/ ²H with Z-gradient, designed for biomolecular NMR applications.
