設施管理/專業知識:

  1. 管理高速篩選核心實驗室
    篩選核心實驗室提供高通量實驗(high-throughput screening)設計及執行的一站式服務。研究人員可提供RNAi/CRISPR/ Antibody/Enzyme variants library進行微量液體分注;在小分子篩選方面,我們設計了不同的小分子庫(含基本的FDA-approved drug collection)提供使用。另一方面,亦可提供多樣功能分析平台,協助研究人員使用自有分子庫進行生物活性分析,協助增加化合物的應用範圍並提升化合物的價值。本核心設施也將開放可單獨使用之儀器以及高速天然物分離純化服務以推廣相關儀器使用。

  2. 支援中心研究團隊對活性分析的需求;例如針對有興趣的藥物標的建立生化分析及活體內活性分析系統並執行藥物篩選。目前的協助範圍包含了:

    • 利用分生及生化技術發展藥物標的之生化活性偵測系統, 如酵素反應
    • 設計藥物標的之活體內活性偵測系統來決定化合物在活體內之活性
    • 應用分析系統進行高速藥物篩選選擇具活性之化合物
    • 評估及測試小分子及天然化合物的生物活性
    • 評估疫苗的效果
