主要負責中央研究院「健康雲跨領域研究:巨量健康資訊科技之研發與應用」計畫，協助規劃籌設本院「健康雲跨領域研究中心」，在維護基本人權、保護個人隱私以及確保資訊安全之狀況下，逐步於研究中心設置「全國健康巨量資料庫」，訂定相關保密及安全規範，強化健康研究中心之資訊安全與作業人員管制，提供全國學研界不具個人識別資訊之健康巨量資料，以進行健康相關研究與醫藥開發。
