Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the organizing committee, it is our pleasure to invite you to attend “2012 Frontier in Biomedical Sciences – A Joint Symposium of Kaohsiung Medical University and Academia Sinica”.

The joint symposium of Kaohsiung Medical University and Academia Sinica (KMU-AS) was initiated in 2009, which brought together scientists from AS and KMU to share the cutting-edge development of biomedical sciences, enhance scientific idea exchange, and seek for further collaboration.  Encouraged by our prior successes, we are delighted to announce that the 3^rd joint symposium will take place on May 28, 2012 at Kaohsiung Medical University in Kaohsiung. We believe such meeting will strengthen our existing research ties. 

We are honored to have the opportunity to invite outstanding scientists in the area of biomedical sciences and share contemporary work at this important event. This symposium aspires to provide an intellectually stimulating research experience, and we therefore sincerely extend our heartfelt invitation to you.
