Dr. Chien-Jen Chen was invited as the 149th Cutter Lecture

Dr. Chien-Jen Chen from Genomics Research Center was invited as the 149th Cutter Lecture on Preventive Medicine lecturer and gave a speech titled “ The Evolutionary Spiral: A Time-Dependent Causation Model for Human Diseases” on December 3, 2008 at the Synder Auditorium of Harvard School of Public Health.

The lecture hall was packed with enthusiastic audiences and had many discussions afterwards regarding Chen’s innovative causation model for human diseases.

Since 1912, the Cutter Lecture
on Preventive Medicine has been one of the most respected institutionalized lectures in the fields of preventive medicine and epidemiology.
